Quick Guide
Step 1
Using your personal credentials sent via the email invite, log into your personal portal to begin scoring. Your link, labelled with your initials, can be found on the home page.

Step 2
Once you arrive at the scoring page, click on the CTs for the case you want to score.
Active cases are highlighted in blue, with the corresponding images shown in the viewing windows. The blue bar beneath each CT window allows you to monitor the progress as the study downloads.
All the usual image manipulation functions are found atop the CT images.

Step 3
To the right of the CT images, an online form allows you to record your CT interpretation.
Please make sure you enter the case ID to match with the CTs in the viewing windows.

A Quick Reminder
Please categorise each case as you would in daily clinical practice after comparing serial CTs side by side. The baseline CT is arranged on the left, and the follow-up on the right, as for each and every case.

Stable Disease means no significant difference between the CTs.
Unequivocal Progression means there is progression beyond doubt, even if the changes are localised.
When neither of the above is true, choose Possible Progression. However, note that you're encouraged to use this infrequently, only when it is truly equivocal.

Step 4
By design, you are required to click the submit button at the end of each case. Please check you've entered the correct case ID prior to submission, as a fail-safe to avoid misregistration.
Your nominated email should appear in the email box, through which you receive notifications. This allows you to keep track of the cases you've done, so you can easily pick-up where you left off the previous session.
You may also leave this blank if you wish not to receive an email alert for the case you're on.

Step 5
After completing a case, a final opportunity to check you've entered the correct case ID is presented to you.
Clicking on Next Case will bring up a fresh score sheet.
